Returns Policy
- Faulty Items: Products may only be returned if they are found to be faulty within the specified warranty period.
- Change of Mind: Returns will not be accepted for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or if the item is no longer required.
- Damage from Installation: Items damaged due to incorrect or improper installation will not be covered under warranty.
- Electrical Items: Returns on electrical products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Shipping Responsibility: Osaka Imports takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged by couriers or shipping companies once a third-party receipt has been obtained.

Unfulfilled Orders: If we are unable to supply a purchased item, Osaka Imports will provide a full refund of the purchase price and any other charges incurred by the customer.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from used items, will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Condition: Exactly as pictured. Please take a close look at the photos to evaluate the condition before purchasing. We do our best to provide clear and accurate images of each product. If you need more information or additional photos, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help.

Warranty on Used Parts

Coverage:
Engines, Gearboxes, and Differentials:
All used engines, gearboxes, and differentials come with a start-up warranty valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the part starting and operating correctly upon installation.All Other Used Items:
All other used parts are sold as-is with no warranty, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing before purchase. - Installation Requirement: Engines, gearboxes, and differentials must be installed by a qualified tradesperson. Failure to comply will void the warranty.
- Faulty Used Items: If a used item is proven to be faulty during the warranty period, Osaka Imports will either repair the item (if possible) or have the product returned to provide a full refund.
Warranty on New Parts
- Factory Warranty: Most new parts come with their own manufacturer warranty, the duration of which varies by product and brand. If the product includes a warranty card, it must be retained to make a claim.

Claims Process:
- Faulty products under warranty will be returned to the original manufacturer (in Australia or overseas) for repair or replacement.
- Customers are responsible for covering the freight costs to and from the manufacturer.
- Scope of Coverage: The warranty covers the product itself when used under proper conditions. It does not cover damage to the engine or other components resulting from the product’s failure, misuse, or improper installation.
- Exclusions: Osaka Imports is not liable for damage to your vehicle caused by misuse of the product or incidents resulting from accidents.
