  2. Shipping Partners: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. However, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier's schedule.
  3. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information at the time of placing the order.
  4. Lost or Damaged Items: Osaka Imports is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once the courier has taken possession of the shipment.
  5. International Shipping: For international orders, shipping times and costs will vary. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
